Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

GoodsHub247 is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
GoodsHub247 is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.
- Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your package shows as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
